PowerSchool
Students, parents, and guardians can access PowerSchool!
Use a PowerSchool account to check grades, view schedules, and more for secondary students. All grade levels can use PowerSchool to review attendance and make payments.
Parents/Guardians will create an account and link all their students so all information is available in one place. Registered CVSD students already have a PowerSchool account. This page provides information on creating a parent account, setting contact preferences, linking students to that account, and how students can access their accounts.
Accounts can be used on the website or the PowerSchool app. The website portal provides options to adjust additional settings and capabilities, including the ability to make online payments.
NOTE: The PowerSchool App requires a password change every year (365 days after you signed up or renewed an account). This requires you to log in through a web browser to make this password change.

Parents/Guardians: Create a new PowerSchool Parent account, link your students, and connect to the mobile app.
- You will need the student's ID number and birth date. If you do not have the ID number, please contact the school for assistance.
- In a web browser, on a computer or mobile device, browse to cvsd.powerschool.com and select the option Create Account.
- Enter the required information and set up your Username and Password.
- Upon completing, you will receive an email verification.

- Consider getting the PowerSchool App. After creating your account, download the mobile app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. You will be prompted to provide a district code: ZBKB. Use your newly created username and password to authenticate and use the mobile app for CVSD.
- Please note that the PowerSchool App requires a password reset every 365 days. You might consider adding a reminder to your calendar, as this can happen without warning, causing the app to stop updating and limiting your access.
Students: How to access your PowerSchool Student account and connect to the mobile app.
- In a web browser or mobile device, browse to cvsd.powerschool.com and fill in the username and password
Username: Student ID# (check with your school office if you do not know your school ID#).
Password: Birthdate (Including zeros) - Consider getting the PowerSchool App. Download the mobile app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to link your kids to your mobile device. You will be prompted to provide a district code: ZBKB. Use your newly created username and password to authenticate and use the mobile app for CVSD.
