Horizon Middle School Renovation & Expansion

Renovating & expanding the original 1980s building, increasing student capacity to 600, and upgrading it to current codes and safety standards. The construction process will begin in April of 2019 and the newly renovated school will be open in fall of 2020. The renovated school is designed by NAC Architecture and the contractor is LK Clark Construction.

Construction Documents Development December 10, 2018 – April 1, 2019
Groundbreaking Ceremony March 27, 2019, 5:30pm
Students/Staff Last Day at Horizon March 29, 2019
Spring Break  April 1-5, 2019
Site Preparation Begins April 1, 2019
Students Start School at Horizon North
