Student Item Retrieval for Senior (Follow Schedule)

We have listed specific dates and times that you are allowed to come on campus. As we move to our Continuous Learning schedule, we understand students may need essential items such as text books, calculators, PE clothing/shoes and other items necessary for their distance learning. This will not be a time to collect non-essential items nor return books, uniforms, locks, etc. There will be an opportunity at a later date to retrieve non-essential items and return school items.

Please remember to follow the assigned dates and times and bring your student ID or another form of ID to retrieve your items. We will be following the CDC’s guidelines for social distancing and we encourage students to bring a mask to wear while in the building.
We also understand that you may not want to enter the building, but you need essential items, and/or a chrome book.

If this is the case, please email Brandon Deyarmin ([email protected]) or Tim Teterud (tteterud@cvsd) and they will make arrangements to get you the essential items. We will have adult volunteers on site to ensure and monitor the practice of Social Distancing.

Day 1 (Wednesday, April 15) is for seniors only! In addition to retrieving items in the school, you will have the opportunity to pick up your Herff Jones orders and athletic spirit packs.
Day 2 (Thursday, April 16) is Grades 9 – 11, Aa – Kz
Day 3 (Friday, April 17) is Grades 9 – 11, La – Zz

Spring Sports Coaches will have your spirit packs available for pick up each day.
Once you have retrieved your personal items, you will need to leave the campus.
