Welcome to University Elementary! The staff at UES is very dedicated and committed to ensure all students are successful.

In partnership with parent/guardians and community, we will empower each child to achieve his/her fullest potential to become a lifelong learner and responsible citizen.  We hope you will become involved in your school and that together we can demonstrate to your child the importance and significance of a successful school life. 

In alignment with the Annual Yearly Progress indicators this year’s school improvement goals include continuous assessment and progress in the areas of mathematics, reading, writing, and science.

Each week "collaboration time" is a very important hour for professional development. Teachers and staff work in teams using student assessment data to analyze student learning and develop supportive programs to ensure all students are successful.
