Classroom Environment

The library has an open door policy. Students are welcome any time to come in and do research, take Accelerated Reader tests, check-out books, or just browse.

Our library also has a Parent Library, which includes books, videos, and DVDs.

About Me

My love for books and children makes my job a dream come true. I was a classroom teacher for fourteen years, teaching at the secondary level, as well as grades three and five.

I earned my library endorsement in 2004, and am beginning my fifth year as an elementary school teacher librarian.

Tuesday - *Mrs. Haak, *Mrs. Porter, *Mrs. Bertis, *Miss Mack, and Mrs. Cleveland

Wednesday - *Ms. Greiner, *Miss McRae, *Ms. Palfenier, and Mrs. Perno

Thursday - *Mrs. Howard, *Mrs. Hubble, Mrs. Bertis, Mrs. Hendricks, and Mrs. Walter

Friday - *Mr. Beck, *Mrs. Cleveland, *Mrs. Federman, *Mrs. Perno, Miss Mack, and Mrs. Porter

     Classes coming to the library twice each week have thirty minutes of class each time.  Classes coming to the library once each week have sixty mintues of class each time.

* = Check-out day.  Library materials are to be returned on this day. 

All children have access to the Accelerated Reader program in the library and in their classrooms.
