U-High Titan Soccer
Conditioning Program
Overview: The program that is outlined is a compilation of
many different programs ranging from UNC Soccer to the state ODP program. The emphasis
behind the program is to increase overall speed and technical speed when
handling the ball. Please follow common sense when doing these drills so that
you do not put yourself in harm’s way. Always do proper warm up and stretching
before training.
