Classroom Environment

I believe that every student is capable of learning mathematics. My students grow as individuals and as scholars in a safe, collaborative learning environment.

About Me

This is my 5th year teaching at University High School. I received my undergraduate degree in mathematics from Middlebury College in 1999, and in 2001 I earned my Masters in Teaching from Whitworth College. I taught one year at The Lawrencevile School, in New Jersey, before returning to Spokane to become a Titan.

This is my second year as head of the math department. I am also in my second season as the head girls cross country coach.
