Foods, Nutrition and Wellness
Prerequisite- None
Grade- 9, 10, 11, 12
Students will learn about the world of food and nutrition through research, discussion, and preparation of food. Areas covered include safety and sanitation, nutrition, basic understanding of kitchen tools and equipment, purchasing of food, ethnic foods, and much, much more. Students will be involved in class work by completing foods labs and research.
