Easy Grade Pro 4.0
Making it Easier for you to be Pro!
Become a Pro by using these instructions to use the import and export tools as well as all of the other new features in 4.0.  If you are still having problems, the Easy Grade Pro 4.0 user manual is available.

Outlook for Teachers 
This is the presentation used in the Outlook for Teachers class.  This presentation was created for the Staff Development Team.
This presentation used in the training for cooks.  It introduces some of Outlooks basic features, including using attachments. This presentation provides a quick tutorial on how to add a calendar and sharing calendars.
These videos break out some great Outlook skills: Open and keeping Email, Deleting Email, Creating folders to save Email, Opening attachments, Adding Attachments, Creating a new document for an email attachment, adding a calendar event, sharing calendars.
These reference documents will help you set up email through the control panel and set up a signature.

Photoshop Elements
These class handouts provide an overview of the topics form class.  The intranet also hosts free tutorials for working with Elements that are more useful for systemically learning Photoshop Elements then reviewing my handouts.  This is an about.com course that serves as an introduction.  This detailed tutorial has 8 lessons and will take you further into editing with layers.  Also check out Planet Photoshop and Adobe's Elements user page.

Projectors in My Classroom
This slide show has some ideas on how to use a projector in your room to support student learning.  This short video answers questions generated by McDonald Elementary Staff.  The Kennewick School Distinct recently paced document cameras in all their classrooms.  This document shares some of their experiences and ideas.

Photo Story
Download Photo Story at Microsoft's site then create slide shows to share. Need help? View the handouts from class Day 1 of class.  In the Day 2 two handouts you will find some ideas for using Photo Story in your class room.  Do you prefer step by step directions?  Print or view these.  Do you have a question?  Visit Photo Story's FAQ page.  Another tool you may be interested in is some Primary Documents to use in your class. Unitedstreaming
Unitedstreaming has undergone extensive updates and improvements.  The handouts for Day 1 are an introduction and tell you about "My Content."  The integration ideas found in Day 2's handouts, are helpful as you plan on how to best bring the training back to your classroom.  The following video is designed to help you with some of the most important aspects of using the program:  downloading a clip, create folders and saving in "My Content".  Thanks for taking the survey.

Using CVSD Servers to Your Advantage
Using the U drive to hold all your teaching files has great advantages. Using the Classroom Drive for use with students and other teacher is also a powerful tool for collaboration or facilitating exchange of documents.  Here are some resources that will be of use:  View and print a handout on Classroom Drive Permissions, view a web page with similar content, or view and print the class handout.
