North Pines Middle School Student Needs Assessment Survey

In order to serve you better, we would like to know a bit more about you and your child.  If there are areas of concern we would like to lend a hand in helping your child have a successful middle school experience.  At the close of the survey window we will use this information to tailor our counseling services to our children's needs.  Depending on the level of need, topics may be addressed by the counseling program through classroom guidance lessons, group counseling, individual counseling, or student activities.
