Classroom Environment

Mrs. Peavey teaches at SVLA and Summit Schools. At SVLA, she teaches Art, Language Arts to grades 2-3, and Algebra 2. At Summit School, she teaches art as an integrated subject to the expeditionary learning environment. SVLA classes are held in Portable 2; Summit classes are held in the classrooms.

About Me

Hello! This is my second year teaching art with Summit and my first with SVLA. My last two years were spent teaching art at Liberty Lake Elementary and the CV Kindergarten Center. Before that, I taught in Las Vegas for 9 years. I grew up in Clarkston, Washington, and received my teaching credentials from WSU. Go Cougs! In my spare time, you can find me enjoying art of all kinds plus many outdoor activities. My current passion is exploring sandblasting glass.
