Some final details regarding the Celebration of Lights:

The event takes place on Thursday evening, December 4th at the University City Mall parking lot at University and Sprague. The performance area is located west of the McDonald's and south of the latte stand. Look for the stage lights and non lighted Christmas tree.

Dress warmly in many layers with Solar Energy shirts as the outer layer. Black pants are not necessary for this performance. Snow pants would be great. The 3000 watt lights provide a good amount of heat but it will be cool. It is highly unlikely anyone will overheat (as some did during the Veterans' performance) no matter how warmly they are dressed. Wear your Santa hats. Hats will be provided for those who do not have one or can not get one. I will be asking how many will need Santa hats just to make sure we have enough so please check to see if you can find any around the house.

Please arrive at 5:00 and be on the risers ready to sing at 5:10 for a quick sound check.

Set up for the event is covered, but anyone who can stick around a few minutes afterward to help tear down would be greatly appreciated.
