School Nurse

Welcome to the School Nurse website for Sunrise Elementary. My name is Kathy Anderson and I have been the School Nurse at Sunrise since Fall, 2002. I am a Registered Nurse with a BSN degree from EWU and certification in school nursing. I have been a school nurse for 20 years.

My job at Sunrise includes reviewing health records for health concerns that may affect your child's school experience, health screenings (hearing, vision and scoliosis) and providing health education to students and staff as needed.
