Keep checking this page because you never know when it will have something different on it.  *Please add white board (dry erase) markers to your classroom supply list.

Homework:  When homework is assigned please make sure it is in by the due date.  Most assignments will have at least 2 days for completion.
Classwork:  Any classwork that is below an 80% can be redone for a higher grade.  I will average the two scores.  Please make sure the word "redo" is written below your score.   Mark the page with a post it note if it's in your Math journal or Reading practice book, other loose assignments that have been redone can be placed in the Redo box.  8-11-09

If you would like to bring in supplies and your 5x7 photo during the open house, feel free.  Remember, the picture can be of family, friends, pets or anything else that will make our room seem more like home than a classroom.  Please make sure your photo is properly labeled.  

The "All About Me Collage" is something you can work on before school starts (I just did mine and forgot how much fun they were).  The most important part of this activity, is to remember to have fun and be creative.  Sometimes a poster board ca be too restrictive, that's why I attached my photos and other items to my racquetball racket.  More information about this will be in your welcome to Sunrise letter.

Auction items can be brought in at any time for our auctions.  We will have 3 during the year close to the end of each trimester.

Due to hectic at home schedules, I will try to use class time for the majority of  our monthly book projects.  The only thing I ask, is the students have their books read by the end of the month and are ready to create our project in class.
