Auction Meeting    10/15/07  2:45   Summit School Library

MEETING DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED

          Activities

Summit School Auction  This is Summit School's largest and most important fund raiser.  The Auction is a school wide effort coordinated by PAC, ASB and each individual house for the following year.  The money is used for numerous field trips each house has scheduled for the year as well as purchasing supplies and funding other school projects.

Popcorn Fridays  PAC volunteers pop popcorn on Fridays to sell after school to students and staff.  This project is for the enjoyment of the students.  Volunteers on this committee get the chance to work directly with the kids, getting to know them and having fun with them.

Box Tops  Volunteers on this fundraiser collect and count box tops.

Book Fair  Book fair volunteers help set up and take down the book fair as well as staff the sale itself.  Book fairs benefit the library and the class rooms by providing new books.

Library Volunteers  Staff the check-in/out desk, shelve books, cover new books and work with students in the media center.

Computer Lab  Volunteers are needed to supervise students in the use of computers in an open lab environment.  Computer skills are not required but a basic knowledge of computers would be helpful.

Crew Week  Volunteers join together to provide a potluck luncheon for teachers and school staff during Conference Week.

Cambell's Labels  "Labels for Education" collection box is located outside the main office.
