About Me

I love teaching! This is my eighth year teaching at Summit School. I am excited to begin my third year in the Trail Blazer house! I finished my Masters' Degree in Gifted Education at Whitworth College in the Spring of 2007 and then finished my Professional Certificate the summer of 2008. My husband, Brandon, teaches 4th grade at Liberty Lake Elementary. I have a daughter, Emalynn, who is 18 months old. She is a bundle of energy! I am learning to explore our world all over again through her eyes! We love outdoor activities like biking and hiking. I also love to read many different types of books, scrapbooking, and cooking in my free time (which is very little right now).
