Staff Development Plan
We offer a wide variety of staff development opportunities for teachers, paraprofessionals, classified staff, principals and administrators.  The Staff Development Team has developed a comprehensive Staff Development Plan. The plan builds on a philosophy statement and beliefs/goals that are validated by current best practice research. Our focus is to support teachers as we work to increase instructional capacity in reading, math and leadership skills. There have been many changes in staff development, all with the goal of better serving the teachers and students of Central Valley!
