Goals |
- Student
learning is the chief priority of the school.
- Students
learn in different ways and should be provided
with a variety of instructional methods to
accomodate differences in learning styles.
- Students
learn most effectively when they are actively
engaged in the learning process.
- The high
school community is entitled to a safe and
physically comfortable learning environment.
- Each
student is a valued and respected individual with
unique physical, social,emotional, educational
and intellectual needs.
- Students
need to demonstrate their understanding of
essential knowledge and skills and be actively
involved in problem solving and producing quality
work through challenging expectations.
- High school
is a gateway providing preparation for exploring
and accessing multiple post-secondary options.
- High school
