School Goals
  1. To continue to develop an effective middle school program for our students.
  2. To strengthen the collaborative relationship with our community through the Parent Advisory Council.
  3. To enhance and increase communications with parents.
  4. To develop programs that focus on the unique needs of children.
  5. To continue to promote and develop a safe school environment for all students.
  6. Promote respect among students, teachers, parents, and administrators.

 

Noteworthy Achievements/Programs/Events
  1. LAP/Title I students receive special assistance from the state and federal government in math and language arts services.
  2. 7th Grade Block has improved atmosphere for learning.
  3. 8th Grade Language Arts has promoted a variety of thematic units.
  4. Leadership Class has done many projects designed to promote school spirit.
  5. Skip Rowland's 8th Grade C.A.R.E. Seminar continues to promote positive life choices.
  6. Cub Club's 50's/60's Dance was a big hit.
