Homework Ideas
Our sessions are short so practice sessions at home are important. They don't have to be long but they should be fun! Here are some ideas:
(Be sure to use your good speech sounds and language skills while practicing!)
Say the days of the week, months of the year, seasons, etc. Practice saying your birthday, address, telephone number. Practice saying the names of your family members (and your pets). Recite a favorite nursery rhyme or sing a favorite song. Use your spelling words in sentences. Talk about one event that occurred at school today. Review worksheets in your speech folder.
