Classroom Information

Barbara Schmedding is the Educational Assistant in the Resource Room here at Ponderosa.  She has held this position for several years and is familiar to most of the students here at school. Along with her responsibilities in our room, she also works as a crossing guard in the morning and a part of the supervisory staff during lunch time.  Mrs. Schmedding is a tremendous asset to the students in the resource room.

Students that come to the Resource Room each have a binder for their own use while working in our room.  This binder contains their weekly schedule and any other pertinent information or materials to be used in our room.  For an example of student schedules click here.  These schedules are a great way to build their independence and self-help skills in the Resource Room.
