Classroom Environment

Title I classroom:
We teach small groups of children in grades 1-3.
Each group is between 20 - 30 minutes.

Schedule

8:45-9:15 Planning with EA
9:20-10:20 3rd grade
10:30-12:45 1st grade
12:45-1:45 2nd grade
2:00-2:40 ELD support
2:40-3:00 Prep
3:00-3:35 Planning with teaching partner

About Me

I received my BA in Education, Reading Endorsement and my MA in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from EWU and started teaching ESL at University High School in 2003. I moved to a Title I position at Opportunity in 2004. I have a 14 year old son, a fourteen month old baby and a wonderful husband!
