In February we will be completing our unit on Communities and Neighborhood and beginning our new unit Amazing Animals. The weekly stories include Officer Buckle and Gloria and Ant.

Writing:
During this month second grade will be writing a report on an amazing animal. We will also continue writer’s workshop and be publishing a piece on how to do something. Lastly, we will complete a 4-square on famous African Americans from our history.
