Tom Dingus, CPA, was appointed to the board in January 2005 to complete an unexpired term. He was elected to the position in November 2005. Dingus is a graduate of Central Washington University with a bachelor of science in Accounting. He is the managing partner of Dingus, Zarecor & Associates and has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1987 specializing in healthcare and public sector organizations. Dingus has previously been involved in community and professional organizations including The Arc of Spokane, United Way and Healthcare Financial Management Association. Dingus has two daughters who attend Central Valley schools. He volunteers in his daughters’ classrooms and activities and coaches their soccer teams.

Amy Mason was appointed to the board in June 2011 to complete an unexpired term. She was elected to the position in November 2011. Mason is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. She completed her Master of Arts coursework in Humanities at California State University.  Mason taught Spanish and English at Post Falls High School from 1994-1999. She has been an active community and school volunteer for the past eight years, serving on the Superintendent's Parent Advisory Committee (PAC), working on the district's bond and levy campaigns and as the Liberty Lake Elementary PTSA president since 2009. Mason has two sons enrolled in Central Valley schools, and she volunteers as a soccer coach and team manager.

Keith Clark, D.V.M., was elected to the board in November 2007. He holds a degree from the University of Idaho and a doctorate in veterinary medicine from Washington State University. Clark owns and operates Pet Vet Hospital and Wellness Center. Before moving to the Spokane Valley in May 1995, he previously practiced veterinary medicine in Arizona and Idaho. He oversees the seminary and institute programs for his church, is involved in Boy Scouts of America and volunteers for Pet Rescue and Spokane Humane Society. He also volunteers in Central Valley schools. Clark has seven children, including several graduates of Central Valley schools.

MJ Bolt was elected to the board in November 2011. Bolt attended the University of Iowa and Eastern Washington University. She has been actively involved in Central Valley schools since 2007, working with school and district leadership teams and programs. Bolt has held elected positions with several Central Valley school Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) serving Ponderosa Elementary and Horizon Middle School. She also served two years as a service specialist for Washington State PTA Region 15. As co-founder of the Central Valley PTSA Council's HEART In Hand Outreach Program, Bolt helps Central Valley students who find themselves in temporary or transitional housing during the school year. She has been a professional golf instructor since 1998 and has two children who are attending Central Valley schools.

Debra Long  was elected to the board in 2003. Long was elected to serve on Washington State School Directors' Association (WSSDA) legislative committee in 2003 and is serving as President for 2013. In 2010 Long was elected to serve as  Vice President for WSSDA.  Long also serves on WSSDA’s Federal Relations Network committee and WSSDA’s Foundation board.  Long is a member of the Central Valley Band & Colorguard booster organization and has been their craft fair chairperson since 1994. Long also serves as a volunteer coordinator for Bloomsday and serves on the EWU Alumni Board.  In 2010 Long received the Community Building Alumni award from EWU and was recognized as one of their distinguished alumni.  She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources and a masters degree in Public Administration. She also holds an Accounting degree from SFCC. Long is employed as the Accounting Manager for Rockwood Retirement Community. Her two children graduated from Central Valley High School.
