- Teach and implement the guidance curriculum to all students
- Guide small groups
- Support individuals and families during times of crisis
- Serve as a professional resource to consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding special concerns and needs of students
- Connect families with community resources
- Evaluate and revise the school guidance and counseling program
- Members of the MDT/SST special education team
- Participate in professional development
