• Teach and implement the guidance curriculum to all students
• Guide small groups
• Support individuals and families during times of crisis
• Serve as a professional resource to consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding special concerns and needs of students
• Connect families with community resources
• Evaluate and revise the school guidance and counseling program
• Members of the MDT/SST special education team
• Participate in professional development
