Sports Calendar

Just a few reminders...the following items must be turned in to participate in 7th and 8th grade athletics.  Items with an * must be turned in EVERY SEASON

• Eligibility Form-Goes home in packet at start of year
• Participation Form-same as above
• Safety Guidelines for each sport-handed out by coach *
• Driver Pick-Up form for each sport-handed out by coach *
• ASB Card-Paid in office
• Pay to Play Fee- $10 for all sports except football ($20).-Paid in office *
