Sports Calendar

The following items must be turned in to participate in 7th and 8th grade athletics.  Items with an * must be turned in every season:

• Eligibility Form - goes home in packet at start of year
• Participation Form - same as above
• Safety Guidelines for each sport - handed out by coach *
• Driver Pick-Up form for each sport - handed out by coach *
• ASB Card - Paid in office
• Pay to Play Fee- $10 for all sports except football ($20) - Paid in office *
