Horizon 7th Grade Science Program
At various times during the school year Mr. Knudson and I will switch science classes so as to teach different units to all the students. This gives us an opportunity to not only get to work with every 7th grader, but to make sure we cover all the 7th grade science requirements. We as teachers can also teach in science areas that we have the most strengths and knowlege.
This year I will be teaching Physical sciences while Mr. Knudson will teach Life sciences.
Between us we will cover life and environment that includes dissection, energy and forces, The properties of matter, and earth's forces.
Spring trimester:
Environment reserach project. March
Nature of mature. April and first two weeks of May
Waves. May and June.
