Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA)
As a result of the 2004 AHERA 3 year reinspection, the following known or assumed asbestos containing building materials (ACBMs) have been identified in the Greenacres Elementary Building.
Non-Friable ACBM:
- Ductwork tape (Mechanical room)
- Flex Connector (Mechanical room)
- Insulation board (ducting in Mechanical room)
Friable ACBM
All ACBM listed above were found to be in good condition and are being continually maintained in accordance with all Washington State and Federal laws.
