Classroom Environment
I believe that teachers need to instill a love of learning in students so that they become lifelong learners. Learning is not just reading, writing, and math, but it is about respect, social skills, responsibility, and becoming a good citizen. Teachers hold the key to unlock a child's potential. It is my goal and challenge to unlock each child's potential by providing a positive, safe environment in which they are able to take risks and grow, both academically and socially.

About Me
I attended WSU and earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I also received a Master's degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy. I have been teaching at Greenacres Elementary for 7 years. I have taught kindergarten and first grade.
My husband and I enjoy spending time with our two boys. We love watching the Cougs and the Zags!
