Fourth Grade Supply List and Hot Lunch Information

1 small box of crayons
1 small box of crayons
1 box of colored pencils
1 package of markers
24  #2 yellow pencils – not mechanical pencils
1 large bottle of school glue or 1 glue stick
2 spiral notebooks – 1 Composition notebook
100 sheets of lined paper – college rule
scissors
3-ring binder with 5 subject index tabs (blank)
2 folders
small pencil box and zippered pouch
1 boxes of Kleenex-type tissue
1 Sharpie marker
package of small Post-it notes – 1 ½ “ x 2”
Container of disinfected wipes or hand sanitizer
5 ziplock bags, any size
Some of these supplies will be collected and distributed throughout the year as needed.
Must have closed-heel/closed toe tennis shoes for PE.

About Hot Lunch: We encourage parents to pre-pay for school hot lunches for a week, month or longer. This eliminates lost or forgotten lunch money. Lunches may not be charged. Students not having a lunch or lunch money will be given a cheese sandwich and a carton of milk or juice. Lunches may be paid by cash or by check made payable to: C.V.S.D.
