Classroom Environment

Learning is the number one priority in room 303. Students are engaged, creating their own learning through a variety of experiences in Math and Science. There is a safe environment for students to ask questions, correct misconceptions or errors, and to help their classmates understand different concepts. As rules are followed, an optimal learning environment is created! We have fun and learn a lot!

About Me

Fall is here and it’s that time of the year when school begins! I am excited to get to know your student throughout the year. To help you get to know your child’s teacher, here is a little bit about me! I love to read, do math puzzles, and watch CSI and Numbers with my husband, Ryan. I am a new mother of 3-month old, Karter. I am a graduate of Eastern Washington University and am a Mathematics Major. I have earned a Master’s degree as a Literacy Specialist as well as my Professional Certification through EWU. Go Eagles! I have a deep passion to teach and to help all kids understand math and science concepts. I believe that EVERY child is capable of learning and that EVERY child can succeed.
