About Me

This is my fifth year of teaching, and I am very excited to embark upon the National Board Certification process. Along with my great passion for math and science, I enjoy running, bike riding and spending time with my family.

I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies at California State University of Hayward. I completed my teaching accredidation at Eastern Washington University with a major in mathematics. As a young student, I spent several years as a geophysics major, and I have a strong background in math and science. I feel priveleged to be able to share my passion for math and science with young people. It is my hope that my students have fun while exploring and discovering new things.
