Evergreen Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

"Working Together to make Evergreen better!"

The Evergreen PTO is a large support organization for our school.  Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.  These meetings are held at Evergreen Middle School in the conference room or cafeteria. 

We would like to encourage anyone who would like to participate to come to a meeting.

Some of the activities that the PTO is involved in include:

6th Grade Sneak Peek

Held every year, our new 6th grade students get an opportunity to meet their teachers, open their lockers, receive their textbooks and get the know the school before the first day of school.  The PTO provides muffins and juice for the students and parents before the kids go off to their classrooms.  They also have sign up sheets to help new parents know what some of the committees and activities are that will be going on at Evergreen throughout the year.

Box Tops for Education

Save your box tops for Evergreen Middle School. Collection dates to follow.

Staff Appreciation

Staff appreciation luncheons are held periodically by the PTO. 

Grizzly Wear

Griz Wear in on order and is expected to arrive on November 9th or 10th.  "Griz" wear has been extended to Monday, November 23. Order form attached.

Back to School Night

The PTO supplies the refreshments for the social hour and sets up tables for volunteers and Grizzly Wear sales.

Magazine Sale

The PTO will help support the ASB sponsored Magazine sale. 

Annual Spaghetti Feast

This year's Spaghetti Feast will be held on Tuesday, November 17th from 5:30 - 7:00p.m.  If you would like to help - sign up at back to school night or contact mhighley@cvsd.org.
