Welcome!

On these web pages you will find course information, news/current assignments and the student rules or expectations for each of the classes I teach. Most important of all, you will find a page titled Student Work where your child will publish the best of his or her language arts/social studies projects and writing.

My plan is to change the News/Updates page daily to give you and your child current information about what is happening in the classroom, especially in language arts and social studies. If you find this page in an outdated state, please forgive; I'm probably having one of those days or weeks. In any case, you are invited to call (228-4799) or email (akohler@cvsd.org) when the information you need can't be found here.

I need your help to make this site a success. Please use the site. If you find it lacking, let me know what would improve it. Over time I hope our efforts will create a resource that most can agree is worth using.
