Classroom Environment
A structured class based on using choices to get positive consequences. This is set up so students will understand that they are in school to "learn how to learn". The students will see that how they learn is as important as what they learn!
About Me
I was born and raised in the Spokane Valley. I went to CV for 10th grade and graduated from U-High in 1964 (The first graduating class from U-High) I graduated from Eastern Washington State College in 1969. After 3 years in the Marine Corps, I began teaching in 1972 at Opportunity Elementary for four years. I then moved to University Elementary for nine years and spent the last 20+ years at Evergreen. My certificate allows me to teach most subjects from K through 12. I enjoy showing student how to be successful not only in school but in life!
