Infant/Young Toddler

6:00-9:00 a.m.	Arrival, Welcome children
7:00-10:00	Breakfast Served Free play activities, songs Finger play, pretend play
10:00-11:30	Quiet Time - morning nap time Young toddlers join older toddlers for outside/gym time
11:30-12:00	Lunch time
12:00-1:00 p.m.	Free play activities Songs, stories, pretend play
1:00-3:00	Quiet time, afternoon nap time
3:00-3:30	Snack
3:30-5:00	Free play, songs, stories, pretend play
5:00-6:00	Start cleaning up room Prepare children to go home

Toddler

8:30-9:15 a.m.	Welcome children, bring toddlers in from the infant room Books, puzzles
9:15-10:20	Centers: Child’s choice Examples: art, painting, coloring, gluing, blocks, pretend play, housekeeping, dolls, food with dishes Manipulative play: star builders, beads, puzzles, stories, books, flannel board
10:20-10:30	Clean up, change diapers, use potty
10:30-10:45	Story time, dance with scarves, finger plays, signing
10:45-11:30	Gym/outside time Climber, sandbox, balls
11:30-11:45	Wash hands, change diapers, use potty
11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m.	Lunch time Clean up
12:15-12:30	Quiet centers, puzzles, coloring, books, nap mats out
12:30-2:30	Nap/rest time Music playing, books, special blankets or stuffed toys with children
2:30-3:00	Change diapers, potty, outside time Clean up room, toddlers to the infant/toddler room
