Pre-Arranged Absence

The purpose for the pre-arranged absence form is to ensure proper communication between home and school regarding a student’s absence for a period exceeding three days.  It also provides written documentation of homework that is to be completed upon return to school.

When parents know that a unique or special circumstance will result in a lengthy absence from school for their child, please contact the office to begin the pre-arranged absence procedure.
