Our district uses the Everyday Math curriculum.  For the parent letter that goes with each unit taught, please click on the following link.  The letter explains what your child will be learning and the thinking behind it. Family Letters.

Fourth graders need to know their multiplication facts through 12's.  Practicing for 5 minutes a day can help achieve this goal.  Good times to practice are while driving in a car or waiting in a line.  Two GREAT websites for practicing mulitplication facts at home and school are Math Magic and Math Baseball (click on the links to the right).
