Students who score ‘3’ or above on a five-point scale are usually given college credit at colleges and universities across the state and country.  Each college defines what scores it accepts for credit or course placement.   Expectations for academic performance, behavior, maturity and time commitment are at the college level.  Parents and students should expect more reading and homework and expect to be evaluated as a college student.
