Classroom Environment
My classroom consists of no more than 15 students per class period. Mondays and Tuesdays are devoted to individualized instruction while Wednesday/Thursday is a time for students to collaborate with each other. Fridays are devoted to a variety of supplemental activies that coordinate with current lessons.

About Me
I was born in South Dakota where I got my Bachelor's Degree in General Education and Special Education. I have spent the last 33 years teaching in Minnesota, Florida, and now Washington for the last 26 years. I have my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley College.
I enjoy traveling and playing golf with my husband who is a principal in the district. I have two daughters, one who graduated from WSU, is now married and living in Lacey and one who graduated from the U of Idaho and is currently a first-year student at Gonzaga School of Law.
