Mrs. Wood’s Math Classes

Materials needed for success:

· Pencil and eraser

· Pen (optional)

· 3-ring binder (1 – 1.5 inch is fine)

· Lined notebook paper

· Graph paper

· Straight edge/ruler

· Calculator:

Ø TI 83 or

Ø TI 84 or

Ø A comparable graphing calculator is fine but more difficult to use if you are not familiar with it; or

Ø TI 89 is the calculator used in AP Calculus. It is another one that will be difficult to get help with during class; or

Ø If you can NOT afford a graphing calculator and are unable to borrow one for use in this class, then you will at least need a scientific calculator for homework.
