Course Description This class combines conditioning and strength building with competitive team sports. Students will participate in sports or activities on a daily basis; learn rules of games, teamwork and good sportsmanship. Students will set fitness goals based on fitness testing and an understanding of the components of fitness. Students will review nutrition, fitness, and health principles. Basketball, volleyball, flag football, team handball, ultimate frizbee, and softball are some team sports that may be played.
