CV Band Boosters

Central Valley High School’s Band program is funded largely in part to our amazing volunteer organization, the Central Valley Band Boosters. A non – profit 501(c3), the Band Boosters provide our students and parents multiple opportunities to help take ownership in our great program.
Students are not expected to have to go door to door to raise funds for the program. However, the Band Boosters coordinate a few major fundraising opportunities for the band program. It would take pages and pages to explain everything the booster organization does to support our band. Students and parents are expected to donate only their time to the Annual Human Carwash, and the two craft shows a year.
It is important to note that not all fundraisers raise funds the same way. Fundraisers like the craft shows raise money for the collective program. Other smaller opportunities like Entertainment Books go directly to the student’s band fees. We feel there is equal opportunity to help the band as a whole through large campaigns and to help reward individual students who go “above and beyond.”
