Pick Up Any Papers Including Your Final Research Papers in the Counceling Center.  All have been corrected that were turned in April 18, 2011.

Some Papers Are Marked To Be Resubmitted By April 29, 2011 To Receive 65/65 Points.  If Not Resubmitted As Directed, They Will Receive 50/65 Points and will still need to be Resubmitted at the May 2, 2011 meeting.

You Will Have An Assigned Presentation Time and Date.

A Minimum of 5 Adults Including, A Parent, Your Mentor, and A Teacher Must Be In Attendance As Your Presentation Panel Or the Presentation Will Not Be Graded.

The Presentation is 8 to 10 Minutes in Legth With a 5 Minute Question and Answer Period.

Complete and turn in the following at your presentation:

1st Meeting Time and Date Are Listed on Mr. Barnhart's Website.

2nd Meeting
5 pm in the CVHS Library
First Draft of the Research Paper is Due

2 weeks after 2nd meeting (Not a required meeting date)
The Research Paper 1st Draft will be editted and ready for pick-up From Mr. Wellington So You Can Make Your Final Edits.

3rd Meeting 
5 pm in the CVHS Library
Final Draft of the Research Paper is Due At This Meeting.  Last day to receive full credit for the paper.
If You Did Not Pick Up Your Draft Research Paper Before This Date, It Will Be Ready For You At This Meeting. 
(The research paper grade reduces daily after this date.)

Notes:

Missing a Required Meeting Will Result in a Reduction of Your Grade by 20 Points per Meeting Missed.

Not Having a minimum of 5 Adults Including A Parent, Your Mentor, and A Teacher at Your Presentation Will Result in Having to Re-schedule Your Presentation Until You Meet this Requirement and a Reduction of Your Grade By 80 Points.

If you have a problem with Adult Attendance, Please Contact Mr. Wellington As Soon As Possible to Resolve this Issue.

ALL Work must be complete for credit.  A complete Research Paper, Presentation, or Portfolio are required to pass this class.
