Classroom Environment

The health/fitness class is a safe and responsible environment. I encourage cooperation and respect while participating in all activities. I hope all students will learn to have fun being active and set goals for a healthy lifestyle.

Schedule

8:05-3:35 Monday-Friday
I can be reached during the noon hour, when the students are eating lunch in the gym. Please feel free to leave me a message on my phone and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

About Me

I have been a teacher for many years, as a parent, in recreation and in Central Valley School District. My favorite physical activities are snow skiing, swimming and roller blading.
