Classroom Environment
At Broadway I have dual roles:
As Literacy Facilitator, I provide direction, expertise and staff development in the area of reading, writing and assessment.
As an I-728 learning support teacher, I work with students, in small groups, in the area of reading and writing. I also work with students one on one to improve his/her reading and writing skills.
Schedule
I am available from 8:05 to 3:35 Monday through Friday
About Me
I graduated with from Eastern Washington University with a BA in K-8 Elementary Education, and 4-12 English. I have a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Literacy. As a Central Valley school teacher since 1990, I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade including multiage and combinations classrooms. I am married with two grown children and one grandchild. I have two cats named Leo and Geraldine, and I enjoy riding 4-wheelers in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter.
