Barker School To Life
The School to Life program, located at the Barker Campus, is offered by the Central Valley School District for those students whose individualized education plan specifies a continued need for transition skill development and community access. This classroom provides specially designed instruction both on campus and within the community to assist students in making a successful transition from High School to the adult world. Pre-requisites: - The student has completed four consecutive years of High School
- The student is eighteen to twenty-one years old
- The student has been recommended by their IEP team based on specific needs for functional skills or linkages in one or more transition areas
