Absences
Barker High School staff wants its students in school!
Student presence and participation is very important, and attendance is expected on each scheduled school day. Students sign in daily and, much like a job, are expected to call 228-5385 in advance if they must be absent.
Unexcused absences are subject to the compulsory attendance law, also known as the Becca Law.
