Meetings:	A MANDATORY pre-bid conference is scheduled for this bid starting at 11:00 a.m. on June 15, 2005, starting at Broadway Elementary School, 11016 E Broadway, Spokane Valley, Washington.  Meet at the main office at the school. Pre-Bid Conference Attendance 6/15/05 (a.k.a.Potential Bidders, Plan Holders)
Bid Due:	All bids are due by June 21, 2005 at 3:00 p.m.(General Contractor Bid) and 4:00 p.m. (Sub-Contractor List)PST. as required in the RFP.
Request for Proposal:	All plans, specifications, and other technical information about this bid will be available directly from the architect, Gary Johnson, at Architects West in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  Mr. Johnson can be reached at (866) 667-9402.  Local plan centers will also receive copies of the specifications.  Questions concerning the bid procedures should be directed to Darren King, Purchasing Agent, at (509) 228-5476.
